Building Improvements and Renovations
All building improvements and renovations must be planned and completed in compliance with 100 Federal Street Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations. Please contact the Property Management office at (617) 896-7320 with any questions. All plans must be reviewed in advance by 100 Federal Street Management. The General Contractor will be issued, and is required to sign for, a copy of 100 Federal Street Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations. By signing, the contractor is acknowledging receipt of, and compliance with, all listed regulations, terms, and conditions.
To coordinate building access, freight elevators, and/or life safety impairments, the Construction Request and Loss Control forms should be filled out and returned to Property Management accordingly:
